Harlem Week

The 135th Street Agency was hired to support the Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce in their event planning and publicity efforts for this year’s HARLEM WEEK Tri-State Golden Hoops High School Basketball Classic (August 11 – August 14) and Tri-State Junior Tennis Classic (August 19 – August 21). The 135th Street Agency was the liaison between the GHCC and the event sponsors which for Golden Hoops included the Daily News, Hot 97 and Pepsi. The Tennis Tournament sponsors included the Eastern Section of the U.S. Tennis Association, CBS 2, Hot 97, and Pepsi. The 135th Street Agency booked Universal Records rapper Jae Millz as the celebrity guest for Golden Hoops and secured media coverage for both events.
